Mindscape Asia Pacific Pty Ltd and TV production company Endemol have teamed up to release the daytime TV cooking show Ready Steady Cook on Nintendo Wii and DS today (August 20).
An adaptation of the television show, the game has two teams – Red Tomato and Green Capsicum.
Five colourful chefs guide you through cooking their specialties – Mediterranean, Continental, Indian, Asian and Mexican.
The idea is to battle it out against the clock, master your cooking skills and get voted the best chef of the day by the audience. Players simulate actual cooking by slicing, chopping, mixing and frying their way through 60 recipes using their WiiMote or Stylus.
It also has a cookbook mode, which gets the family into the kitchen and cooking the recipes from the game.
